Mibble is a product of The Growth Project (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using mibble.ai or joining the waitlist, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist or contact us, you may provide your email address and, optionally, your name and business name. If you send us a message, we collect the contents of that message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and referring links. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this. We also use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which collects hardware and software information for that purpose.

How we use your information

To operate the waitlist and contact you about early access to Mibble.
To respond to your enquiries and messages.
To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the waitlist, including Google (reCAPTCHA, Analytics, and Tag Manager) and our cloud hosting and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Google’s handling of reCAPTCHA and Analytics data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required or on your request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, email [email protected].

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website and Mibble are intended for businesses and are not directed at children.
