Terms of Use
Last updated July 2026
These terms apply to your use of the mibble.ai website, operated by The Growth Project (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The website and the waitlist
This website provides information about Mibble and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Mibble is in active development. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and we make no promise about the availability, features, pricing, or timing of Mibble. Joining the waitlist does not create any contract or entitlement; it means you have asked to be notified, and that we may contact you about early access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce the site or its content except as allowed by these terms.
- Submit false information or another person’s details without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Mibble name, brand, content, and design on this site are owned by The Growth Project and its licensors. You may view and share the site for your own information, but you may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links

Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
